Common questions

I bought the unlock but sessions are locked.

Open Settings in RubRub and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Can my family use the unlock?

Yes. The unlock is shared with your Family Sharing group. Family members open RubRub and tap Restore Purchases if it does not show up.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I play my own music?

Yes. In RubRub, open Settings and choose "Play my own music". Start the music in your music app first; RubRub lowers it while the voice speaks.

RubRub is for relaxation and comfort. It is not medical treatment. If you are unsure whether massage is right for someone, check with a doctor first.
